I believe in the importance of understanding, trust, connection & belonging in the therapeutic relationship as the place where change can begin. It is with these values, I will support you in exploring your concerns and support you in making the changes that are positive and long lasting in your life. I believe that we all have the courage, inherent capacity, and knowledge to live our best lives, sometimes we need help along the way.

Specializing in Anxiety and OCD, I utilize Exposure and Response Prevention, IFS, with CBT concepts. Infused into my practice is understanding attachment and trauma in our lived experiences.

Now is the time to prioritize yourself. For many different reasons, we tend to focus more of our attention on the needs of others. You are worth taking care of and I am here to help. In my practice, I strive to provide a safe and supportive environment to work through your struggles together.

My goal is to help you feel empowered to make the changes that you need and to accept the difficult circumstances that cannot be changed, while doing your best to live according to your values and what means the most to you.
